All business owners, whether they are start-ups or seasoned, can benefit from gaining clarity about their business by applying a simple tool that provides analysis that can inform the business owner on the steps they can take to overcome threats and weaknesses and focus on strengths and opportunities.

In this workshop, we will explore how you can use the 3 P?s to develop and execute successful business strategies. You will complete individual and small group exercises that will help you analyze and gain perspective of the 3 P?s for your business and engage with other business owners to begin developing your action plan to build and grow a successful and profitable business.

  • Discover key drivers that are critical for business performance, growth, and profit.
  • Identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of your business for each of the 3 P?s.
  • Develop an action plan that focuses on the key components.
